Mi sono casualmente imbattuto in questo sito mentre cercavo un pizzo per mia nonna, abbiamo visionato insieme le varie proposte ma quella della signora Antonietta l'ha subito colpita. Il pizzo (perfettamente imballato) è arrivato lunedì ed era impeccabile: pienamente conforme alle aspettative, pulitissimo e squisitamente rifinito. La signora Antonietta è una persona estremante gentile, seria e molto disponibile.

Outstanding workmanship!!! There was an initial problem with delivery of my ordered lace due to mishandling of the shipment by the US post office but the seller was very helpful and proactive in helping with the whereabouts until the parcel finally arrived. She even went the extra mile and when the parcel seemed to be lost, she made and shipped a similar one at no cost to me. Later, when the original shipment found its way to my delivery address, although I wanted to pay for the second lace, she ended not charging for it. This was very kind of her and most appreciated.
